Ship your old Kobelli jewelry. We'll provide you with an insured shipping label to send your item(s) to us. Upon delivery, we will conduct a thorough inspection to ensure you receive the appropriate store credit for your purchase, with a minimum restocking fee of 25%. Once inspections are complete, you will receive store credit towards the new purchase.

Create Your Ring

Choose from an existing style or design your ring. Share your inspirations and preferences with our Kobelli jewelry consultant.

Choosing the stone. For custom orders, we will send you a list of lab grown diamond stones to choose from to complete the design. Prefer a natural diamond? We can do that as well!

Once your selections are complete, we will send you an invoice with the store credit applied.

Get it shipped to your doorstep !

Once payment is received, we will order the stone and start the 3D CAD if model customizations are needed, which will give you an idea of the finished product. Upon your approval, production begins!

Production time is 5-7 business days or more during busy seasons. After completion, your ring will be shipped insured with signature required to your doorstep within 2 business days for orders in the US!
