My wife bought a ring (although I don’t know exactly which one) about a year ago and I finally decided to have it correctly sized and soldered. I called kobelli and talked to them directly and they walked me through the process. Within minutes I had an email from them with a shipping label. I packaged up the ring with the instructions I was given and in about a week we received back a perfectly sized, freshly soldered, polished ring. They were excellent to deal with. I had previously talked to other jewelry stores to see if they could resize and solder and they just gave me the run around, they would take my number and would tell me they would call me which never happened.
