My ring was delivered on 3/23/2020. It had a defective prong and so I returned it to Kobelli for an exchange. UPS confirmed it was delivered to Kobelli on 3/27/2020. To date, despite several phone calls (messages) and email to Kobelli, I have received no response whatsoever. I need to know when the replacement ring will be delivered to me. I am out of money and no ring yet.
