Free 30 Day Returns/Exchanges

U.S. only. Shortened time on Last Chance deals, loose stones, and Kobelli Grown. Shipping cost on us1

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the undamaged, unworn item and any jewelry boxes or certifications2 that came with the order in its original condition within 30 days for regular items; 7 days for Last Chance deals and loose diamonds; or 14 days for certified Kobelli Grown diamonds, from the order ship date for a full refund (excluding shipping) or free exchange.

Due to the high cost of processing orders and creating each piece made-to-order, exceptions apply:

• Accounts with high volume returns and/or cancellations including changing the item after production begins will receive a minimum restocking fee of 10% on the third item onwards.

• Personalized engraved pieces are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Monogram pieces (e.g. signet rings, initial pendants, etc.) are non-refundable.

• Custom-made orders are non-refundable.

• International orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

• Orders that are cancelled by the customer or by our fraud protection team are subject to a 5% restocking fee (domestic) or 10% restocking fee (international) for processing.

1 Because of our exceptionally low prices on clearance items, customers are responsible for shipping costs on Last Chance Deal exchanges.

• Must receive the shipping label from Kobelli to receive the free shipping offer.

Free exchange qualifies for the same product in a different ring size or metal color (if applicable) or for a product of equal or higher value in which customers will pay the difference. Ring size exchanges are limited to the ring's sizing allowance and limited to stock availability when resizing the original piece is not possible. Sizing may be either performed on the original ring or fulfilled by producing a brand new ring at Kobelli's discretion. Custom orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

2 When applicable, failure to return the undamaged jewelry box(es) and certificate(s) that came with the original order will result in the value of the missing items being deducted from the refund.

 Free 90 Day Ring Resizing

Customers pay for shipping both ways unless covered by the above exchange policy.

Within 90 days of the ship date, customers may return their ring(s) for free resizing, limited to the ring's sizing allowance and limited to stock availability in the event that resizing the original piece is not possible. Sizing may be either performed on the original ring or fulfilled by producing a brand new ring at Kobelli's discretion.

Free Lifetime Maintenance

Customers pay for shipping both ways.

Your Kobelli jewelry qualifies for free maintenance including tightening, cleaning, polishing, and rhodium once a year. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. Please keep in mind sending your jewelry in for polishing too often may affect the integrity of the piece, so we do recommend sending it in only when necessary or specify that you only want to opt for cleaning.

Send your Kobelli jewelry to the address below in a secure box (no envelopes and no styrofoam, please!) with a note stating the information below. You may use your own shipping or purchase an insured label from us for $50. Email info@kobelli.com if you would like to purchase a label from us.

IMPORTANT: Any packages received without a note and clear instructions may not be processed.
Once the item(s) arrives at our office, we will assess the condition of the jewelry. An electronic invoice will be sent to you before we begin work including $50 return shipping insured for the full value of your item(s). Additional charges are determined based on the work needed.

Kobelli is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

In the event that the wrong item is sent to us, we will reach out immediately to inform the customer that an item was sent to us in error. If we do not hear back within 30 days with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to the sender, we will have to consider the item forfeited.

Kobelli reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange of any item that does not meet the above requirements.
