I absolutely love the experience with Kobelli, they kept in contact and my ring arrived ahead of schedule. It was delivered UPS 2-day air and signature required for delivery, it was packaged well, and 2 separate ring boxes since I also ordered ring guards. I must say I was a little nervous about my husband ordering online and not seeing moissanite in person. When I opened the box “she” was everything. Love, love, love my ring and my husband a little more for such a beautiful gift
