Yes! This experience with Kobelli was as good as it gets. I ordered a new bridal set due to the poor construction of my previous set. After researching, I stumbled upon Kobelli and decided to order my replacement bridal set. Initially, I was skeptical and had some questions. I posted questions through Kobelli's chat online and found Manny and Louise to be extremely helpful. After, initial questions were answered I ordered my replacement bridal set, Cushion Brilliant Moissanite Diamond Halo Wedding Ring Set in white gold. Upon receiving ring set, I realized that the size was off. My bad! I contacted Kobelli, and chatted with Manny to see if I could return rings to be resized. Manny provided me with the steps to return, and included on the order page the requested size as it was not listed as an option. Also, I decided that I wanted an oval setting. My funds were refunded and I immediately ordered the Oval Halo Diamond Bridal set. Well, today, July 2, I received my bridal set and I am SUPER PLEASED! ! ! I can not stress how this entire online purchase experience has been absolutely amazing. Also, my husband is impressed with what I selected this time:) I will not stop singing the praises of Kobelli and there impressive workmanship. I will definitely be purchasing other items
Beautiful ring!
Like most, I was a little skeptical to order any type of jewelry online. You never know what you’ll get once you open the package. This ring, however, is beautiful! What a steal! I did a lot of research on Moissanite, and glad I went with the “brilliant” Moissanite vs. the Forever One, which almost looks too icy/fake. I’ve seen some with a blue tint, which I don’t care for. This has a VERY slight hint of yellow, which makes it look more genuine to me. Note, the band are very thin, so if you like the stacked look, I suggest you buy an additional band (or 2) to make it pop! Just take a look at the pictures below. You won’t be disappointed in this purchase! I almost wish I went a little bigger, but there’s always a next time, right? They are more affordable than a traditional diamond.
