Methods for size conversion:

1. **Use a string to wrap around the base of your finger.** Stretch out the length of the string over a ruler and note the length in millimeters. A sewing tape measure will also do the trick. You can use this measurement to **match to circumference** in the chart below.

2. If you already have a ring that fits, or tested one at a local jeweler, **get the inner diameter of the ring measured** with a caliper rather than using a ring sizer or ring mandrel.

How long until I have my jewelry?

Each piece in our collection is handcrafted with care, a process that takes approximately 3 to 5 business days (plus an extra 60 days for our men's rings over $200).

Delivery time varies depending on the shipping address. Most items arrive within 2 to 5 business days after production is complete and adult signature is required upon delivery.

You will be notified once the order ships and provided with a tracking number to track your package.

What if I want to resize a ring or upgrade to a different ring in the future?

We do offer free 90 day ring resizing - within the first 30 days, we cover the shipping; after 30 days, the customer pays for shipping both ways but the resizing service remains free. Anything after 90 days, we will still service the item(s) at a low cost. See our resources page to get started.
