Very nice ring and good customer service
I had two different conversations and was able to sort out a misunderstanding with the customer service. They are not clear about $25 extra for “Next-day shipping” and that they use UPS so indeed if you order Wednesday night it will be made on Thursday and shipped Friday so ‘next day’ is business day which means Monday. However I needed the ring by Saturday, and Kobelli agreed to waive another $25 they claim to charge for the weekend version “Next-day”. A little tiring, but good customer service help and everything worked out.
