I recently received a Gorgeous Diamond Bracelet from Kobelli and purchased this warranty per my husband gift for my Birthday 2/21. Unfortunately, the item came with a loose link. I contacted the company to either return or repair and check all the links. Absolutely, the Excellent Customer Service received to mail it back for repair. Well worth the investment of Mulberry Protection! Knowing if something would happen in the future, it’s wonderful knowing this jewelry is fully protected.Thrilled and hoping the bracelet will be back by my Birthday!
