Purchase Exchange
The purchase process was fast and easy. The ring arrived quickly and was gorgeous. It met all my expectations. As if I had went into a face to face store. The ring had to be exchanged for a larger size and to date I have not received the new ring. It has been two weeks. Twice as long as the original purchase. I'm disappointed in the slowness of the exchange process. If it were as fast as the original purchase, I would not hesitate to recommend Kobelli. Everybody needs to make sure that they order right the first time!
