At Kobelli® we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products and include a lifetime warranty, to the original purchaser, covering manufacturing defects on all jewelry. If you, as the original purchaser, notice a manufacturing defect, we ask you to contact us promptly so we may evaluate and resolve as needed. Our goal At Kobelli® is that you will be our customer for life, so standing behind our jewelry products is very important to us. We will gladly repair anything determined to be a manufacturing defect at no cost to you, and help you with any other questions in regards to non-warranty damage or upgrade needs you may have.
After initial screening by speaking with you via phone or email, we will instruct you on the next step. The reason we need to communicate with you is to make sure that the problem you are reporting is due to our manufacturing and not due to abrasion, bruising, erosion, carelessness, abuse or neglect of the jewelry for which Kobelli® should not be responsible. In most cases our final determination will be made when your jewelry is received and inspected in our USA jewelry workshop, and we will communicate our findings to you. When we authorize your Kobelli® jewelry to be shipped to us we will give you a reference code and shipping instruction. Please do not ship your jewelry to us until you have a shipment authorization, as incoming shipments without authorization code will be refused by our mailroom.
If any work is done on the jewelry by anyone other than the jewelers in our USA jewelry workshop, this warranty is null and void. “Any work” includes and means even operations such as sizing, polishing, and tightening of stones. Kobelli® reserves the right to repair or replace the warranty jewelry item with a new item.
